CHALLENGE

Arrival is designing and manufacturing a new generation of electric commercial vehicles. As part of the Human Machine Interaction team, I’m designing the digital & physical experience for Arrival's Bus and Van, shaping how they work, behave and feel.

Since driving is a complex task, we take special care for user’s safety, cognitive load and comfort. Additionally, commercial vehicles bring unique needs as they are used as a working tool, a moving office and part of a large fleet.

I also research and prototype to meaningfully integrate Arrival’s technology into drivers’ day-to-day. To validate and deliver those solutions, I closely collaborate with teams including hardware and software engineers, human factors, researchers, legal and.
